Commercial and residential/ apartments. The apartments have complete separation and privacy from other parts of the building.

Extensive studies for light, wind noise were done to maximize the quality of living.

Semi-private children play areas, Perfect for play-dates between a few neighbors with larger size apartments (3-5 bedrooms)

With elevators on top floors, people have the choice to walk, bike to their apartments when the weather permits. Ramps designed tp accommodate strollers and wheel chairs.

Bank with four levels of underground parking. Studies were made to maximize parking efficiency and increase the number of parking spots.
